Worst run veterinary office...very dirty rooms...vet pulled a huge tick out of the sink and said it was from our 3 lb. JRT puppy!!It was not..from prior client..never cleaned room..front desk personel were not professional at all...let us sit for over 25 mins to drop off puppy for neuter but begain to check in client that arrived well after us. I used to manage one of the biggest vet clinics in Murrysville and would never allow this type of behavior. Then front desk help denied services(neuter) because I was "unhappy" as I merely asked to be checked in for surgery so that
