Party place, especially in the back lot. Trash everywhere all the time. Security gate code is a joke. Everyone/anyone seems to have codes, and even if you don't, you can follow people in. Do not live here unless you fit the typical party kid image. Noisy and nasty. Not safe. Girls beware!
