I ordered two pices of glass and the woman who took my order over the phone was very rude. My order was ready in a hour. When I went in to pick up my glass the woman at the register was rude, wouldn't even look me in the eye and kept texting on phone. I asked for nails for the glass and she grabed them and tossed them at me. I asked about wall paper and she snaped that they have to order it, and did not offer to show me a catalog or anything. She acted like I was interrupting her. Also they just taped my very large pieces of glass together and handed them to me. Very
