I had service done at a salon, Hair Villa located at 4808 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28311, on June 16, 2010. The stylist, Tara Grubs (20yrs old) had a permit working under the owners%u2019 or facilities license.I was getting a body wave put in my hair, by the time she needed to rinse my hair out, she lifted the table top from over where the sink was located (the table is just a 2.5 to 3ft table top of wood screwed at the end where the wall is so that it can be lifted to be parallel to the wall, when lifted it is held by pressure against the ca
