We had a terrible experience with Craftsman Shoe Repair. The owner was extremely unprofessional and the quality of work was very poor. I was told my shoes would be an easy repair and would be ready in one week. Four pick up attempts and one month later, the shoes were done. Unfortunately, I was extremely dissatisfied with the job. Actually, dissatisfied does not adequately describe the situation because the shoes were ruined.
