I bet that a few nice reviews that I saw on the Internet were posted by Johnny or whoever the repair man is to better advertise himself. I swear to God that this shoe repair is one of the most awful, rude and unprofessional businesses I have ever seen. I live in Lake Zurich, IL. I recently needed to fix my leather purse, which had a ripped off handle. I saved the piece which attaches that handle to the purse and brought it to %u201CJohnny's shoe repair%u201D. He took my purse, saying that it's good that I saved that attachment as it will be needed for
