Rating should be negative 5 stars Rick Rice is possibly the worst Farmers agent in the state of Oklahoma. I have had insurance with him for over 5 years now and have had problem after problem with Farmers Ins that has been the fault of the agent. He is lazy when it comes to work,he's never in his office so if you have a problem, you have 2 choices, call his assistant, who cannot take care of any problems other then paying your bill or call corporate, which is just like any other call center in the U.S. You will be on hold forever before speaking
