I had a great experience. I was hesitant when I came in the store, expecting to spend too much money and was overwhelmed by the smell of the 5 day old mattresses. I had to replace my old bed and knew it needed to be done. Dylan was great. We talked. He and I didn't have a great rapport at first, but as I spent time in the store, I think he realized I was willing to be open minded about what was available. I am very happy with my purchase. I've now spent 4 nights on my new mattress and the excruciating pain and exhaustion I was experiencing is slowly diminishing. I
