If you're female, DO NOT GO HERE ALONE. I called ahead with a description of my problems and verified that if I dropped my car off on a Friday morning, it would be ready for Friday evening. I did not receive an update call as promised and wasn't told until just before 5 pm that my car hadn't even been looked at and can they keep it over the weekend. Cut to Monday. What began as a simple battery replacement, alignment and fuse check turned into a $1000 bill. First, they told me I needed to replace the struts up front as well as some bar. I thought, ok, that's plausible.
