Practical Self Defense & Physical Conditioning. National Karate was first established in 1973. We now have locations throughout the area, including Rochester, Minnesota. The schools are directed by America's top professionals: John Worley and Larry Carnahan. We offer a wide variety of children only classes at all levels. Classes are available for ages 5 and up. Practical self-defense and physical conditioning are offered for adults as well. Bruce Nelson is our director and has been training students since 1986.
