Locked my keys in my car and called Johnson and Johnson for help. I got a nice man that was fairly new to the job I assumed. He worked and worked on trying to get my car door open and had no success for 2 hours....I was patient and as nice as I could be knowing that I was missing my next appointment for work. He finally called his manager for backup.....the manager arrived 45 minutes later and unlocked the door in one try.
