Ace Southwest Moving & Storage Company, a subsidiary of Atlas, ran over a light pole in our yard and refuses to provide me with their insurance information. On October 7th, 2012, a semi truck delivering furniture to our neighbor ran over a light pole in our yard. A witness notified me of the incident the moment it occurred and took pictures of the scene. We notified the driver and numerous members of Atlas within 72 hours of the incident as required by Nevada State Law.
