HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tech came and left without explaining anything. Next thing I know i get a bill in the mail for "fixing" the unit. I don't even know what he "fixed"!!!! Never verbal or written conformation at the time, only in the mail. BEWARE of this company!
