rude, arrogant and unprofessional. dispatcher yells "taxi company" and proceeds to yell as if they cannot hear you. drivers complain of bad brakes, doors that won't open from inside(what happens in an emergency?) and other drivers as well as the owner to customers. i would not recommend this company until changes are made.
