When I called them for this job I, I told them I was out of town so I needed an estimate and told them to get my authorization for the work after they saw what needed to be done but before they did anything. They went to my house and never called. They just went ahead and completed the work to a bill of almost $500.00. I waited for their call but never heard from them. I called the next day.
