I am a former employee of LPM Holding from 1/09-6/10. I was hired as a cashier although my recent background included 12 1/2 years as a deli owner/operator familiar with all aspects of food service. My original manager, who was recently dismissed, had hired me for 35 hours/wk. When she was dismissed the company (Epicurean Feast) proceeded to begin interviewing candidates for my job saying that they were considering cutting hours.
