I requested refund in 1 day turn around. After filing, I asked for my copies and she refused to give them to me until the refund came in. I did not hear from her in 2 days, so thought to call. She tells me that loan was denied, but approved for 10 days. I did not hear from her for 2 weeks so called. she said refund was there. i went to office and she says she was wrong that it would be there the next day. when i pointed out how long it had been she says that the bank doesn't count weekends! I filed with her on the 24th. i called irs to see if my taxes even got filed. irs sa
