Mr. Dhaliwal agreed to help me with my tax situation. He said he can do this and that. He did nothing. Paid him a retainer and after a few months of him not doing anything, I asked for a refund and he refused. After my insistance, he said he'll refund the money but he doesn't have it now and he'll pay me when he can. That was a year ago. Be cautious and careful dealing with this guy who is, by the way, not a very good lawyer and very moderately effective as I found out later by consulting with other competent lawyers. Just beware.
