Scott McMillan of La Mesa is an attorney who has handled over 70 appeals and lost all but 5, who graduated from an unaccredited law school located behind La Mesa Ford, and who operates his own law school McMillan Academy of Law - without a single graduate - cannot be deemed as competent. I wish I knew the above prior to engaging him. I have personally seen this 'attorney' and is well known for misconstruing fact and law.
