I rented a warehouse on a month to month contract and explained that I would only need the space for 3 months. After signing a book of a lease, I had to give a full month deposit with the first month rent. I gave a 30 day written notice and I was told that I would receive a check for my deposit refund in 30 days. It has now been 45 days and still no check.
