During our duct cleaning ServiceMaster lost one of their brushes down a vent. They spent over an hour trying to fish it out. They called their boss. He walked in and immediately cut a hole in the ceiling to retrieve the brush. He then claimed that the hole would have been needed anyway. He refused to say why they spent over an hour trying to fish it out when they needed to cut a hole anyway. After they left, we found the vents were not reattached.
