I bought my wife a pair of boots for our anniversary at this boot store. The costumer service is great right up until you pay for the boots. My wife wore these boots one time in her mom’s business and they left burses on her feet so half of they day she walked around with just socks on. I told her to take them back it hadn't even been a week. No big deal right… wrong! They told her that they couldn’t take them back because they showed too much signs of wear?!?! Well I saw them myself; they still were brand new boots!! We didn’t want a refund just a different pair of boots.
