I am very unhappy with the customer service, I have been trying to take care of a return of a wheelchair for months. I was told that I would be refunded one half but still no refund and unable to get a call back from owner. Chair was late on delivery and my uncle passed before it came. I would be more then happy to have paid infull for the chair if he had only seat in it for even one day. I knew there was no returns but I wasn't told that if he died before it came that they would make no refund. I was only trying to find some quality for my uncle because he lost everything
