I purchased a SERTA Natural Start Latex Arcadia model from Leeds in 2009 for $1,800.00 (20 year warranty mattress). The sales pitch was that the mattress had Latex, therefore it was better and more expensive. The mattress failed within 2 years, it had a large depression and caused me constant back and joint pains. After paying for a warranty inspection to LEEDS and waiting for a long time, the people supposed to do the inspection never showed up.
