I purchased a massage chair (highest end) while at a convention on 6/23/2010, and was told I would have delivery in 4-6 weeks. On 7/26 the company told me the color I chose was back ordered, but I could pick another color. I wanted brown. They said it would be in next shipment in a few weeks. I was called late August and told the chair was in USA now. Delivery to my home -first week of Sept. As I write this on 9/23 - no chair and Voicemail for company is FULL.
