Awful service. They don't care about their patients. After coming down with the flu I called to cancel an appointment, and was met with a sarcastic receptionist who chastised me for not calling the day before. When I apologized and told her that it was a fast onset and I had a high fever, she actually questioned that "colds don't usually result in high fevers". She then went on to lecture me that I should have called 48 hrs in advance because they have a schedule to maintain. Apparently the heatlh of their clients and facility don't matter much to them, n
