I'll definitely buy my oil from another business in the future. Ordered heating oil in the morning and assured I'd have same day deliver. No delivery. No call later saying there would be no delivery. No oil for my furnace! If you can't do it, that's fine, but don't say you can if you know you won't. If you later think you can't show some courtesy and let the customer know so they can make other arrangements. Too many other options for heating oil in the area to buy again from someone who didn't follow though on assurances.
