I called for an appt for a physicaI and spoke with who I thought was the receptionist bc she kept talking of Dr. Kriefels as she explained what they could do for me. So I had a Saturday appt & when I arrived the doors were locked and no sign of anyone there. After 20 mins of waiting and calling a man answered and said she had a meeting to go to. He said they tried to call. I dont believe this bc I never had a missed call or voice mail. So I reluctantly rescheduled for the following Tues. As I was waiting to be seen, I realized she does not have any staff in her office.
