I paid money at this place for a guaranteed delivery. Guaranteed to be delivered no later than a specified date. The package was delivered after the guaranteed date and the guy at this store (I assume was thier manager) boldly refused to refund my money. Additionally, I dont remember him making any efforts to offer anything else to make the situation more right. I left this store feeling like my money was stolen. I give them an F.
