I have been a faithful Volvo customer (not to any particular dealership) for over 20 years. They are the safest cars on the road. And I wouldn't consicer any other vehicle for my family. When I think about service, the ONLY dealership that comes to mind is Lee Imported Cars in Wellesley Ma. I brought my Volvo in for routine servicing. I walked into the dealership, and a very polite salesmen walked me into the service department. After meeting the nice young lady behind the counter, I was introduced to none other then Mr. Dana Lee himself...One of the owners!%2
