i needed some body work done and new tires. they said it would be 5 days to fix. i was without my car for THREE WEEKS and they NEVER called me to let me know what was going on, i had to CONSTANTLY call them to get information. when they finally told me i could come pick it up the next morning, i go to find that it is STILL not ready, and they are waiting on a part. yet, nobody thought to call me back after telling me it WAS ready.so i wait one more day. FINALLY, i go pick up my car and they have gone WAY over the estimate & offered to do the brakes for $500!(like that's sup
