Used this company for a kitchen remodel. The granite chosen by my customer was adequate as was the eventual installation. Unfortunately the customer service was very disappointing. The template was incorrectly prepared and had to be redone. The granite was seamed incorrectly even though we gave specific details on what we wanted and the company agreed to deliver the granite according to our specifications. When we spoke with the owner about the fact that they did not deliver what was promised, she completely refused to do anything to resolve the situation. I do not
