Absolutely AWFUL! We asked for a simple, iconic1940's hairstyle and the stylist SWORE she could do it. 4 HOURS later this is the rundown of my visit: 2 1/2 HOURS under a bonnet hairdrier, forehead blistered from the heat, scalp bright red, the top of my hair teased into a bouffant, the sides flat and straight, and the bottom was curled into ringlettes. Anyone who doubts the disaster should look at the pictures. There was so much product smeared on my head that it started to flake off like snow and my hair looked like felt.
