I am happy to say I had a good experience with Thrifty Muffler. I had to have muffler and pipe replaced due to accident. Being a single woman I am always leery of automotive places, but they made me feel comfortable and confident that they were not cheating a person who knew nothing about what they were doing. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because I would have liked to have made an appt. instead of first there first served.
