Terrible service. The lady who answers the phones is sweet as Pie. Really nice lady. However, that was the end of my pleasant experience with Linden Nursery. I dealt with Ben, he is the guy who gives estimates/bids. He was a full day late for his appt. with us. And he was to create a bid for an insurance quote we needed. He said he would have it ready Monday. He came to our house Friday (was suppose to be there Thursday). Monday comes, no phone call, no email, no nothing. So I call Tuesday, let him know, we have to have the bid before 1pm because
