I have been going to the shop for the last 7 years will never go back again. The stylist that was highlighting my hair was more interested in her boyfriend that had come in for a visit than she was with the status of my highlight. She pawned me off on another stylist so she could cut her boyfriends hair so the rinse was late. My entire head of hair was burned. I also had some strands of pure white in my hair where all of the color was removed from the strands. I returned the next day to resolve the issue. They never offered me my money back nor any ongoing care to make it
