ran out of propane told it was our fault... their employee quit, he always checked tanks but when he quit, "they" just let every thing go, not informing customers that they needed to watch their own tanks... SO WE RAN OUT and was told it was our fault. low on propane called and was told unless the truck broke down we would get propane... truck must have broken down, cause no propane! No explaination the next day.. just he was headed to our area... we were below 10% the day we called... It seems that we have no one to complain to, very frustrating, ve
