These things have so many problems because of quick & crappy construction. We have had numerous problems and many of them were not taken care of in a timely manner, if at all. We had a problem with our heating system and it wasn't going to get fixed so we just heated the place with the fireplace. When they came around at the beginning of the 07 winter to winterize the doors, we had a problem with a huge gap under our front door. So the "maintenance men" the owner hired, who worked out of the back of an old late 70s model piece of junk car, were told to replace the threshold
