I lived in this community for 1 year. I would not recommend you rent here based on the following reasons: (i paid $2050 for a plan F: 2 bed/2bath 1/15/12 - 1/15/13) 1. our apartment would fill with the smell of smoke every day because the apt below us would smoke on their patio and the smoke would blow all around the courtyard and into ours - I was told by mgmt to shut my windows and that I was not alone in my frustration, others had complained of the same thing and because the property is not a non smoking community there was nothing they could do but su
