I worked for Well's for three weeks before I got my first paycheck. I went thru a 2 week training, that was unpaid ( I found out later from a new employer that training has to be paid time). I was constantly given different trucks as the fleet was old and had several breakdowns. The amount of business that this company gets, does not support the number of drivers, but there are more drivers than trucks.
