The sales staff was very un-knowledable about the products sold there and yet was very arrogant. I tried telling him what I was looking for and he just kept pushing their Pioneer products. Also, I have seen there exact products at competetors for more than $100 cheaper. Also they said that their install rate was anywhere from $80 to $150 an hour. I have a ford explorer that is single din and DOES NOT need a dash kit but he kept insisting that I needed one and wanted to charge me $50 dollars for installation due to "extensive labor."
