This company will not offer free estimates even if it means to take a look at your equipment ie a copier/printer etc even for 1minute of their time they will charge you $35 minimum no matter what. They ask you to drop off your equipment and call u back in a week to let u know what they can do for u then its a minimum of $100 to perform any service on for instance a printer/fax/scan. Lady who picks up the phone hung up on me and I was not rude at all very unprofessional folks. Stay away maybe try Strauss in Temple Hills best
