Welcome to Sappington Summer Day Camp! For over 40 years, Sappington Child Care Center and Summer Day Camp has been in the business of caring for children. We understand that choosing a caregiver for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make as a parent or guardian. We seek to give the children in our care the foundation they need to succeed in school and beyond... all in a close-knit family atmosphere. Rated #1 Best Day Care in 2010, Sappington Summer Day Camp has been offering summer camp to area children, first through sixth grade, for over four decades. Our camp counselors are all college students, most of whom are majoring in education. Our returning camp counselors are former summer camp students! The camp director and assistant director each have over 25 years of experience in education.  Campers participate in an array of activities during the day including arts and crafts, games, reading, sports, organized activities, weekly field trips, and special guests and entertainment. Our campers swim up to three times a day in our in-ground pool. Swimming lessons by certified instructors are offered every day. Children also participate in Computer Explorers, working in groups to solve technology problems and learn so they are prepared for school in the future. We offer two registration programs --attend our entire summer session on a full or part-time basis or sign up by the week and pay only for those weeks you attend.
