We had America's Best dry out our basement and clean two carpets. Everything was dried out properly, but you won't believe what they charge. They don't tell you prices up front. We would have saved lots of money by just buying new carpet. They charge $48 just to take off each door! We were told a mold test was included in the process, but when the Scott arrived he told me that it wasn't included and didn't need to be done. After that we were going to have them clean the carpets until we found out they wanted to charge us $460 to clean them! We had anot
