Bought 5K hearing aid which was replaced TWICE after only a month of usage due to poor manufacturing (STARKEY). Perry Uruh FAILS to return phone messages (over a month). POOR communication: LENGTHY visits up to four hours. POOR follow-up customer service. Please note that I was a referral from another patient! I could have referred him to future customers. WORST EXPERIENCE for such an an expensive investment.
