This company offered a floral arrangement on their website for $29.99, which I ordered for my mother's 70th birthday. They called me in the middle of the day on the day it was to be delivered and refused to place the order because it was not a $45 order, even though they offered the arrangement on their website and do not have a minimum order amount listed anywhere on the site. We are active duty military and cannot be with our family for their special occasions. My mother is spending her special day without anything, thanks to this unscrupulous company. The
