The pick up and driving were good but I would not use them again because they did not charge as I expected and added fees i was not told about in advance. I was quoted $110 from Syracuse airport to Ithaca and for one reason or another ended up paying $280. I felt taken advantage of. You should know that they charge at $110 to go from Cornell to the Ithaca airport which is under 5 miles away!
