Big Ripoff!I still have the original problem with my Air Conditioning. The serviceman charged me $290 for a service call and a repair. When, that repair didn't fix the problem, that same serviceman diagnosed an entirely new cause, unrelated to his original repair, and wanted $980 to do it. When I asked for a refund of the $290 charged for something that was not the problem, I was told that only half would be credited if I consented to the new charge of $980.
