I recieved an e-mail from Boston Market on a lunch special the e-mail said you did not need to print out coupon only mention lunch special when you order the special at Boston Market. The manager Elizabeth would not give the special even after being told that I had recieved an e-mail stating you only need to mention it. She was extremely rude about it and refused to check with corporate or another Boston Market regarding the e-mail. A customer ended up having the coupon wich in fact stated on it you do not need to print out only mention the special.The manager Elizabeth ref
