I had an insurance claim. Mainly my mirror was hit. In the estimate I was told that both mirrors would be painted, one was painted and color match was off. Now I have two obviously different color mirrors. My leatherman was stolen out of my center console. I made note of it when I dropped off my car as somewhat of a test to their honesty. A man in town had told me his roof rack was stolen off his car when at Finishing Touch. I will give them the opportunity to make this right and then follow up online.
